These kids are pretty much the real deal, Holyfield. At first I thought they were some weak ass band everyone was talking about because most people don't know shit, but then their song 'Rich Girls' grew on me like a tumor. I got to chill with these dudes over the Summer when interning for A-Ron and they're pretty mature for their age. They only 19 and 20 years old, the 4 of them but they definitely know what they're doing. Imagine The Strokes if they weren't such pussies and they weren't signed so they really didn't give a fuck, well, up until around early July, The Virgins weren't signed to a major label. But thanks to the loyal street people who rep their shit, and to aNYthing, word of mouth spread and now I believe they are signed to Atlantic and are working on a full length LP as we speak. Two of their songs were featured on the last season of the HBO show 'Entourage' before they were even signed. They play shows all the time in NYC, so check them out if you're around.
